I have been at Elstree since 1987 , when I joined as a teaching professional . In 1992 I was appointed head professional at Elstree a position that I still hold today.

Many of the membership at Elstree enjoy playing pro-am golf throughout the year with their club professional this is something that I have always enjoyed and actively encouraged it helps keep my own golf sharp.
 
In 2005 I was appointed director of golf/general manager of the Elstree complex where I oversee every aspect connected to the club. 
 
In 2006 I am looking forward to taking over the captaincy of the Herts County professional golfers alliance. A very prestigious role that has fantastic history . Several open champions have held this honour in the past and I hope I can be a safe pair of hands . 
Combined with my new role at Elstree I am honoured and looking forward to some exciting times
